Most of biology's most valuable drug targets have been out of reach for pills. Unnatural Products designs macrocyclic peptides, a class of molecules large enough to grip those targets and engineered to be taken by mouth, using AI-guided design and parallel synthesis at a scale traditional chemistry can't match.
The pharma industry has noticed. Novartis, argenx, Merck and BridgeBio have each partnered with the company, together carrying more than $3.5B in potential milestones, and a $45M Series B in March 2026 is taking its own cardiometabolic and immunology programs toward the clinic.
